Who We HelpA resource for families — and for the professionals they already trust.
Complex transitions involve a lot of people. ETM makes each of their jobs easier.
Families & Individuals
One point of contact instead of a dozen separate decisions and vendors to manage alone.
Trustees & Executors
Relief from the operational burden of managing a property alongside fiduciary duties.
Professional Fiduciaries
A dependable coordination partner across multiple client properties and timelines.
Estate & Trust Attorneys
A resource to refer clients to once the legal work intersects with real property logistics.
Family Law Attorneys & Mediators
Neutral property-transition execution once terms are agreed upon.
Wealth Advisors & CPAs
A way to support clients through a property transition without taking on operational work.
Seniors & Their Families
Support through the practical and emotional complexity of a senior transition.
Real Estate Professionals
A partner to bring in for complex situations — without ETM competing for the listing.
Out-of-Area Family Members
Local oversight and coordination when the family managing a property lives elsewhere.
We work alongside the advisors already involved — not around them.
Complex transitions often involve attorneys, fiduciaries, accountants, wealth advisors, real estate professionals, and family members — each with an important role. But responsibility for coordinating the physical property and its dozens of operational details often has no clear owner. ETM fills that gap, working alongside existing professional advisors while providing one point of coordination for the property itself.
ETM explicitly welcomes referrals from real estate agents. Clients are never required to change agents to work with ETM — our engagement is independent of brokerage representation.
